put air bags in the spring, then if you have people in the car you can put air in them when nobody is in the car you can let the air out and it wont sit so high. shocks dont affect ride height so that is not gonna help you any. smaller tires, better springs or air bags only options here

i have 27x11.5x15 hoosiers on my car but the biggest tire a stock wheelwell will fit on an 8inch rim is a 28x12.5x15 et street or on a 10 inch rim its a 28x10.5x15 slick

i think i have a pair that may fit on my centerlines... they are on some 5 star wheels now (pony wheels-17's??) will those fit... either way i think im gonna do wat u said.

mine wont rub. 26x10.5 on an 8 inch rim with tons of backspace. If you are going to do it, do it soon because its getting color in a couple days. It should have the 2nd coat of primer drying right now.
