WTB shifter and LCA's for 97 co-bruh

Looking for a buddie of mine thats got a 97 cobra, looking for an aftermarket shifter of some sort? maybe a pro 5.0 if the make them for the t45 is it? im not even sure what trans comes stock in a 97, anywho something that will work for that and a set of LCA's says he perferrs mega bite jr's lemme know what ya got and ill set it up
