Not sure which one's I have, but I have the stock GT40 iron's that are on my Cobra motor.

I'm prolly gonna upgrade to some AFR's soon.

Not sure if these are what you're looking for.

that would be regular GT40 cast iron heads. hes looking for aluminum heads.

Well i was told the cast iron heads would work.. But gotta watch b/c the one's that came on the explorors require specific headers.

early v8 explorers had the regular gt40 heads. they were later switched to the gt40p. You can tell by looking on the end of the head. Regular GT40's had 3 bars, P's had 4 bars. The P's also say gtp by the lower head bolt on one end. I personally would spend the extra bucks to get a set of twisted wedge heads. they flow much better. check corral.net there is usually some floatin around on there

Yeah im just looking for something a lil better thank stock right now. I plan on building a motor this winter. Possibly a 331 so the gt40s that came on teh cobra should be good for this summer.

FYI: the GT40P's fropm an explorer flow better then the regular GT40's. Regular long tube MAC headers fit both heads.
