WTB: dependable car for my newley pregnant wife

I'm looking for a good car for my wife to drive while she is pregnant. I only have 3500-4000 to spend. She is driving my f150 right now but I know it's going to be a pain to get in and out of as she gets bigger. Let me know what you have...no rust buckets please.

needs to be an automatic and 4 door.

99 Durango V=8 from florida 3rd row seating dent in roof as of today peice of cement fell off one of the over passes today can get fixed thru insurance was asking $5200 will take $4000 I need a pick up asap
 
Thanks to everyone that replied. I found a 2000 Cadillac Catera for $3200 and it's exactly what she wanted. After a little maintence it should be a good car.
