WTB decent used laptop

I'm looking for a good used laptop for a friend to basicly surf the web and whatnot, doesn't need to be anything special. 1.2gb or better needs atleast one usb port and ethernet port, wireless internet not a big deal. Basicly just don't want something that's gonna be slow as h*ll.

I have some laptops on hand right now.

$325 cash could get him into a brand new basic laptop that would suti his needs.

$495 cash and I have a dell insprion 1420 with pretty good sopecs that has been used for three months. Still has 9 months of dell warranty remaining.
 
Sorry I guess I should of put that I'm looking for $200 and under. It's a birthday present so I'd really rather not go broke, lol.
