WTB: 'Cheap' LS1 car

I have an auto LS1 with a stall and i was impressed with the performance it had in close to stock form

my car completely bone stock, paper air filter and all, but with long tubes and exhaust did a 13.06 at 110 mph. on a street tire. with a horrible 60' -edit- and its a 6spd

If I'd had long tubes, it would've been low 12's. I also had a steel 6 point cage in the car. The car with me was about 3850 (Moser 12 bolt, double diamond subframes, cage). Your car was more the exception than the norm. Especially considering the stock clutch, which sucks. Well, unless it was and 01/02 with better hydraulics. But the clutch still sucks.

well the first cars in Louisiana so i'd be careful buyin a car from down there i guess there was some little flood there a lil back lol :gr_jest:
