In good working shape.
Small converter too. 2000/2200

Out of a car I guess. Not a truck. If it makes a difference. It's going in a car, behind a small block chevy

I think a truck one would be the same. I had a 700r4 from a 85 Iroc in my 89 Suburban back in the day, shift kit and all. Broke the front u-jount on a 2nd gear shift once, haha! Not sure what any of this has to do with anything.

Why don't you look for a 4L80E or 4L85E.

I'm assuming this is to install in the camaro?

They require electronic controllers don't they? Just looking to add overdrive and not go broke.

Camaro? Someone bought a camaro? This is motownmustang.com that can't be.

I *BELIEVE* you can just hook up a switch/relay to manually flip overdrive on/off. If I were you that's what I would be spending a little time researching.......... And uhhh, errrr I ment mustang?? Lol

Rossler makes a manual conversion for the E transmissions, buddy has a new reman 2wd 700r4 ill ask if he wants to sell

What advantages do they have over a 700r4?

And I'm not sure what Rossler does to make the 4L80 series transmissions run without computers, but now I'm remembering the only way I got one to work was by installing a full manual valve body in it. That could be what Rossler does as well. If you don't plan on making a lot of power I would agree with what Duke posted. I was just thinking you would get bored and change engines lol.
