wtb 69 302 performance parts

I would like performance cam, intake, carb, and headers for a 69 mustang
302 I would like a little more cam than an rv cam but not to big.
I also would like them to work good together and be streetable.

I have the whole top end off my 68 mustang 302.

world windsor sr. heads. 2.02/1.6 valve, 197cc intake runner, It has a decent cam but I forgot the specs, victor jr intake, holley 750. I built the motor, fired it to break in the cam, and its sat ever since.

the motor is the original numbers matching so the block and rotating assy stay..everything was all rebuilt and only started up to break in the cam. Its been sitting for a couple years. I guess I'll take offers if you want to pm me.

Are the heads alum. and does it come with lifters, pushrods, rocker arms, and distributor or what does it come with ?
