Would like to find a southern car so its worth dumping some money into it. It could be non running, missing parts, but has to be clean and straight

lmk i no a guy selling 1993 coupe with lite front nose damage but nothing bad from what i was told.
 
That Chicago one does look good, does that seem like its priced right. I still might be looking for something, I just don't know what these to for these days.
 
I think It Is priced a littie high but with suppily and demand he will get It. The cleaner the coupe the more money they will go for.
