Between this and the concealed carry ban at Arts, Beats, and Eats a few years ago, Royal Oak has been taking a beating trying to defend their bullshit "laws".

Some of those exhaust tickets (non-Dream Cruise) were being issued as Misdemeanors as opposed to Civil Infractions as well. I am not sure who or how RO was getting away with that. They basically write you for two tickets.

1.) The defective equipment state law
2.) RO's special 50 ft noise law.

They waive the first offense and fine you for the RO law which is NOT a fix it or pay it ticket. If you go to fight it, sometimes the judge reissues the MI state law and its something like $270 in fines. This is all based on the numerous FB post I have seen on the WW page.
