My wife built this kit a while back and wants to part ways with it. The kit cost about $150 plus materials to build it. MM price is $125 obo.





It needs a few repairs (missing a couple windows) I will try to find around the house

Edit, just measured it

About 37 inches tall and each floor is 9 inches or so.

I think this is the model (or at least close to it)
