My power went out around 5am on Sunday and I just got it back about an hour ago.

A lot of people are mad at DTE or Consumers for leaving them in the dark so long. I just want to
thank them for working through the holiday and being away from their families to work out in this
bone chilling cold to restore power.

For anyone here that works for the power companies I would like to thank you for all the work done
these past few days.

Yes Sir indeed! When DTE was here at my house I served them hot coffee.
I felt it was the least I could do for them.
 
Well my power was short lived. I lost it again around 9 last night. Another tree came down just down the road and snapped a line. so once again I am with out power. good thing for a fireplace.

Dte will credit you for your days with out power! Call them up and ask them, my parents were out for 4 days a few weeks ago abd they sent them a check or credited their account can't remember what one it was.
