Won the first points race at Lapeer today

The car count was down because of the weather, oh well someone had to win! My first win since I started racing again. Made 1 race last year and took second. Car was consistant all day, had a blast!
 
Yea, every Sunday bracket race, 2pts for win, 1pt. for second. Points winner is track champion and gets a nice trophy. It's a money race. They also have a trophy class every Sunday, winner gets a trophy.

Cangrats!!How fast is your car and how is that track?Havent been there in years,do they go 1/8 mile or 1/4?
 
Congrats!

I suppose I should try Lapeer again but every time I've gone there over the last 20+ years I get mad because it is sooo bad.

My car is not that fast, pretty consistant though, 6.50, 105mph 1/8 mile, 10.20s 130 in 1/4, they tnt 1/8 or 1/4. But the races are all 1/8 mile.

Thats fast to me.I was just curious about the power that track will hold is the reason I asked.Thanks for the info and good job again!

How's Ublys tech? Are they pretty strict? My harness is expired, and my batt. shut off is not hook up. I'd like to run my car up there a few times but don't have the money to get everything updated. How is that track?
