Winter upgrades to the sweater-vest Stang!

This year is just minor upgrades.

I want to keep a lot of the comforts for cruising like comfy seats and power steering.

Here is a list of upgraded:

1.) new 84mm FI Billet Turbo (replace the old 88mm cast unit)

2.) change nitrous set up from dry nozzle to
Wet plate. This should help me leave a bit harder.

3.) remove heat from under dash

4.) rewire dash, mount FAST XFI, Trans Computer, coil, MSD 6AL, fan relay, etc

5.) change feed line -10 fuel. Needs a fresh new line.

6.) delete 3 gauge A-pillar pod.

7.) move boost and fp gauges to center heat vent.

8.) relocate OD, Trans Lock Up, NOS, Purge switches to heat vent panel from

9.) new CD player, and replace all 6 speakers with new

I'm sure I'll eventually need to address the limited slip auburn in the rear end....but it will have to wait until next winter

I was using the nitrous for launch only. I have no Trans brake, so I spray it for the first 50 feet or so until it reaches a desired boost.

Heat is out. Now on to the wiring......this is going to be a big project....its a rat nest under there.....and I'm to blame. I've owned this car since 98......so its all my doing.

I have to address the holes in the firewall now. I think I may just do the scottrod panel for now.....maybe next winter I can pull the motor and address the entire engine compartment.

IAC stopped working , sent the FAST XFI box back to FAST on wednesday last week. Got it back today.....damn!

decided to change compressor covers since the new V2 Borg race cover came out and already has a v-band on it.

Got my remote coil terminal. Going to put the coil under the dash (MSD 8211)

Its been too cold to work in the garage.....but parts are starting to collect.

I decided to skip replacing the Auburn diff with another unit, instead I decided to go with a spool. Should be here by next week.

The new turbo cover came in.....

got some work done sunday:

I replaced all factory 194 bulbs in entire car to 5-LED bulbs. Much nicer look.
