what does it take to make a 410 stroker motor rod length,bore stroke in crank etc?

Most common is a 4" stroke and 4.040 bore. The standard 408 is 4 x 4.030.

I think most of those use 6.200 rods.

A stock 351 windsor block can do 4.040.

i used a 6.250 rod in mine.
