windshield scratch repair

Anyone recommend where to go or what a good kit would be?
The woman had a wiper come off today and the arm scratched the windshield.. I can catch the scratch with my fingernail so not too sure its repairable..

no good way to repair it call me or pm with the application and i will get a price on a new one if you want.
