Will bbk shorties work?

Will bbk shorties work with gt40 heads on a 351w in a fox? They are not "P" heads.

i would think so, the plug angle is the only reason that they dont work with th "p" heads, but the normal 40's retain i guess what youd call a stock plug angle.

I think you need 351w specific headers or you run into issues with the header hitting the steering shaft.

i've seen someone put stock 5.0 headers on a 351w in a fox and it was rubbing on the steering knuckle.

yeah i was running a STOCK engine with aftermarket headers... dynomax i believe. and those were rubbing against the steering shaft... i switched to bbk shorties and they dont rub against it, but it is very close.
