Who has the hook up on boat storage?

Trying to get something in order for this winter. Would prefer heated but a indoors cold slab would work too. It's a 22 Ft. With trailer probably around 25ish.

X2 for Sassys...I store my 37' Sundancer there and its $2800. Algonac Harbor Club was $3000, rest of the places I called were $3100-3500.
