Who else thinks he was going faster than 45MPH?

45 my ass. Lol unless that car was completely rotted out and for 4gs they better paint the engine bay! Lol 100 plus mph IMO unless that pole was a giant knife
 
My guess is, he had a hole in traffic ahead of him, saw the opportunity to get on it a bit, and in the process a minivan was thinking of moving left into that space. As the Mustang passed the minivan, the minivan made the move to the left effectively pitting the Mustang and putting him into a spin towards the pole. I'd say he was doing at least 60-70mph...
 
Wow, he was f'in lucky to walk away from that. It hit just in front of him. That could've been a lot worse.
 
Id be willing to bet the frame rails were rotted right out of that thing, And of course we was doing way more than 45. You loose it at 45mph and by time he came across 3 lanes sideways he would of shaved off enough speed to probablly not even hit the pole from how long those skid marks are. Solid cars don't just shear in half at 45mph
