Who does 94 mustang tuning (T4MO ECU & Moates Chip)?

Is there anyone around, hopefully closer to downriver, that can do tuning on a Moates chip for a 94 mustang ECU?

I've got a 408 project just about running but I'm not an EFI wizard. Before I rip the EFI off and put a carb on, I'd like to give someone who knows what they are doing a shot.

It's a 408W N/A combo at the moment. Maybe some light n2o.
