Who can tune a 2000 turbo'd Neon R/T?

Just installed a turbo kit for a buddy and he is looking to get it tuned.Is there anyone on here that tunes neons?Only running 7psi non-intercooled.Thanks..Rob

Find a mexican turbo stratus PCM and start there.

I dont think there is any easy way to do it....

A lot of Neon guys run a mega squirt.
