Where to buy .125" flat plate?

alro, factory steel (pricey), metal mart in madison heights is awesome (but a drive) etc. i'm pretty sure you can buy enough 1/8 plate at menards, home-depot, or lowes for that size box.

Isn't it better just to bolt Solid Steel in places where you want the weight? Or fill up a good sized square steel tube?

Did you try Lowes or Home Depot? They carry some but I don't know if it is that thick. They actually have a decent selection though.

The problem with the square tube is once its filled then you can't remove weight. Then trying to calculate how much lead shot to buy for the size. Seems like a lot of math. Thanks.
