Wheel locks

Picked up a new car yesterday and am thinking of putting wheel locks on it. Any suggestions out there? What to stay away from?

We put Ford (McGard) locks on all our new vehicles. Break or lose the key, and they're easy to replace.

Careful with the Ford ones. I had my key snap off when trying to change wheels. Took it to Discount to have the remaining keys removed. Gorilla has some nice options.

Also, aren't there only like 3 or 4 different locks out there? Just keeps honest people honest.

Depending on what you drive, wheel locks might not even slow thieves down.

That being said, McGaurd was what we used when I was at the tire shop. They have a ton of patterns and dont rust out fast like others. Kepp the lock key in your glove box or with your spare tire jack for ease of rotations.
