What would you do with your time (life) if you were rich, I am talking Eric Schmidt rich?

I would open a camp for children grieving a loss of a parent or a nuclear family probably in North Carolina.
 
I was thinking about this the other day. I don't think my overall quality of life would change very much at all with more more.

I'd spend my time consulting (3-6 month contracts only), screwing around with the Vette, modding the RC trucks, shooting pool, boating, 4 wheeling, etc.

Same shit I do now, I'd just like the work:play ratio to change a little.

Second... if I were very rich I'd spend a lot of time on beaches and in bars and restaurants all over the world.
Prolly buy a few nice cars and a sweet sailboat.

Finish school and pay off that debt. I'd help out a lot of my closer family members. Definitly pick up a couple of cars and I think I'd like to have a very nice but not too large house with a huge garage w/ all the bells and whistles. I'd invest quite a bit in stocks, throw some in the bank, and probably donate quite a bit to various charities.

Oh, and pay a shit ton in taxes. I'd definitely look forward to that.
 
With that kind of cash, I'd defintely own a few sports teams. And spend like CRAZY to win. I'd make George Steinbrenner look like a cheapskate.

Why would you bother to finish school if you were worth billions?????

Too many beaches to drink and get tanned on for me.
 
I'd give 10% to the church.
Invest a bunch.
Buy a ton of toys. (boats, cars, trucks, motorcycles, houses, helicopter, Gulfstream 5, jewelery, clothes)
Buy a few businesses
Hang out with my friends and buy them shit
By my in-laws new house, pay off all their bills, etc
Vacation
Have a few more kids
Live it up!

Why quit everything and become a tan alcoholic? I'd finish school and get a job I actually enjoyed. The money is only there to buy what I need and a few things I want. The rest is to help others and sustain my quality of life. Bars/drinking/beaches aren't for me.

I have ZERO desire to work. Work is simply something I have to do. If I had that kind of cash, I would no longer have to work.
The only "job" I could see myslef really liking might be to have a show on the Travel channel or something that followed me around to all the cool places I visited. :dontknow:
