I have a 96 camaro RS with a LT4 STS Turbo, i bought as a blown V6 and has the stock suspension on it. whats a good drag set up?

I personally have used a lot of Spohn stuff on my drag car, I was always happy with everything I've purchased from them. They're generally my first choice depending on my budget constraints.

BMR also makes proven stuff, although I have a tubular K-member of theirs from a few years ago and the motor mount isn't perfectly lined up and requires a lot of effort to get the bolt holes to line up enough to get the bolt through. Other parts of theirs I've had have been fine and had no problems. They're good people to deal with in mine and a few people I know's experience.

UMI basically copied most of BMR's stuff and slightly improved some of it, so it's good quality and it works, but in most situations I'd buy BMR just because they're the originators.

thanks a lot bro, i have to start focusing on suspension, otherwise ill be screwed trying to hook

first thing is some rear control arms and subframe connectors if you dont already have them.

get an old school cheby 350 4 bolt main block and do a budget build. modify a holley carb to be a blow thru. and run the sts kit

yeah im only setting it up for drag, and yeah i prob should focus on just getting the swap buttoned up and done before i do anything else, because why its taking so long, buy a little bit of this, and a little bit of that lol. Thanks for the help guys!

yeah the rearend is next, im putting a ford 9 inch in their, my girlfreinds cousin has one that hes in his garage that he built for his old truck. im picking that up for $100.

well i have a 82 f-body i had my rear control arms boxed my torque arm boxed bmr frame ties (weld in) s&w 8 point bar. and poly bushing all the way around and if your on a budget i think that may be the way to go for now
