Looks like an older Parker hydraulic power unit. Let me see what I can find.

My dad had a few of these when he purchased his building. They were left over from the original business.
Tried to sell them for a while, but ended up scrap.
The motors contain a lot of copper, and they are old, so most people don't want them now.

Could try and sell it though...

my take on these is pull the controls, motor, and pump the tank and lines are scrap.
