Im always worried my dogs are going to get kennel cough (that stuff is very contagious)

What kind of camera settings get results like that?

A nice DSLR, along with an expensive lens. But seriously you can get good pictures with cheaper cameras, just need to learn your camera. Oh and sometimes photo editing program.
