It's ok, you're safe dude, last I heard you had to have a set of nuts before you could get testicular cancer.. :dontknow:

I know, I am a cold hearted asshole.. I'm sorry, but I couldn't resist, and humor is always a way to lighten everything up! But hopefuly your aunt gets better, and all goes well for you and your family - cancer sucks. My grandfather had lung cancer in the 80s, they had to remove half a lung to save him.

Sorry to hear about the cancer in the family. But you're in high school right? I'm doubting anything is going to start popping up in you that young but as you get older I'd sure make sure to get things checked out on a regular basis.

If your family has a history, its always a good idea to at least talk to your doctor about what to look out for, to be prepared. Better to be informed and healthy, than clueless and sick.

youre 18...i think your going to be ok.

Not necessarily, i got cancer at 16. Its alwayse good for EVERYONE no matter the age to be checked. Early detection is the key to survival.

Not that I do it, but annual physicals are a good place to start and if you have any concerns beyond the normal stuff they can always check it out through blood work or extra tests.

Age generally has nothing to do with it, My little bro (silverknight) had cancer when he was 9. he's 20 now and living a normal life after 2 years of hell battling it. Theres always hope man, so go get yourself checked out.

My cousin was born with leukemia and passed away at the age of 10 I believe it was. Cancer doesn't care how old you are.
