The automotive prototype company I work for has been for sale for over a year now. I have worked there for 7 years now. Work has been real slow the past 2 years. I use to work 56 hours every week. I have been on 40 for the past 2 years. My uncle is the actual owner of the shop and he decided to get out of it and retire. Well we were informed we have new owners today. There are 2 guys who will be the new owners. I am real stressed out now. I have to worry about them A) letting people go, B) Cutting everyones pay, C) making everyone pay for their own health insurance. Has anyone ever went through a change of owners where you work? how did it go?
