Ever go on sale? Anywhere?

Looking at the Genesis stainless model

Looked at lowes n Holmes depot today. No Memorial Day sale on them
 
Martin's do it best hardware in South Lyon has a sign saying they pay the sales tax on their Weber grills. Better than nothing I suppose.

Get the moving kit from the post office, then use the coupon for the grill. My parents used my coupon and it worked.
 
Dont the moving kit come with code to mail away to get the code now?

Moving coupon ended 2/24/2016 per lowes.

I was told by a Lowes salesman that they don't clearance NEW big ticket items like that anymore, unless it is a Factory authorized sale. They reduce the price if something has been brought back. Not sure how true it really is everywhere, but I haven't seen any of the lawn and garden stuff clearance priced in the Rochester Hills store since I was told that...

I always use a Lowes charge card and get 5% off everything you buy there....

FYI - I bought a Weber Genesis grill about 3 years ago and they are 10x better than any Char Broil or any of the cheaper brands. I bought the small lower end dual burner one without any side burners or frills as there are only 2 of us at home. I just want a grill that gets hot and cooks meat! It heats up fast and can get over 500 degrees. It hardly flares up because the burners run around the perimeter of the grill and not directly underneath the cooking area..You'll like it...

You will seldom see webbers on any kind of sale unfortunately. They are great grills though, I have 2 charcoal and 1 gas Webber so best of both worlds. And the gas grills get hot fast for,searing which is real nice.
 
I bought my weber performer platinum (I think now the deluxe model) for 180 at lowes last August. The same grill is $400 everywhere.

I got it as an open box floor model end of season clearance. The deals are out there but only on models. No one ever blows out their stuff.
