Looking to pick up a tig welder so if anyone has any leads let me know. Prefer AC/DC and HF Start. Also on a budget so no $2000 units.

Thanks
Jeremy

LOL, I'll sell you my harbor freight scratch-start inverter (80amps DC @110V) with torch, gas cups, and regulator for $100. I went bigger myself.

Man if you already have your budget set, go buy a new Miller Inversion 180 or Lincoln just came out with a 200 Tig/stick for $1400 <=== that is a GREAT DEAL for an AC/DC machine!!

I guess I should ask what do you plan on welding, roll cages, chassis, etc. or bridges and buildings?

No thanks on the Harbor freight lol. Just general fab, exhaust, chassis etc. Probably will go with the square wave 200 if I cant find a better deal.

The eastwood is nice but would like to stay away from a china unit if I can. Would prefer to only buy one welder and have it last my lifetime.

and I guess I should add, if you are going to go with an export brand I heard Everlast has the best customer service.

But seriously, an that lincoln is an AWESOME deal at $1400 - beats the hell out of the Miller

plus you get the
torch
regulator
foot pedal

best of luck
