wanted inexpensive laptop

kids laptop died dell d610 they sure youtube and play plant vs zombies looking for something inexpensive anybody got anything

HP nx7400, c2d, 1 gig, fresh xp pro. One tiny red and blue line going down on the right, goes away with pressure in certain spots. Hasn't bugged me enough to take it apart, but should be an easy fix(wifi antenna behind part of the screen likely). $150?

What's wrong with it? I have a D610 motherboard you can have for $50.00 it's the whole base so you can swap your parts onto it pretty easy.
I won't be home until next Sunday but it's not going anywhere if you want it.
