Wanted: Clean Fox Body Chassis for <$500

I am a student at LTU looking for a clean fox body chassis (1986 or after) for use on my Senior Project. I plan on revamping the suspension on the car to maximize handling for road racing. I currently have a 1989 Mustang GT that is not so great (rusty and holes in the floorpan). I basically want a clean chassis, relatively rust free (or at least no holes/large flakes of rusty metal on the floorpan/rear suspension areas). I could care less about the rest of the body or interior. Could be a stripped down chassis or a roller. Any additional parts included (roll cage, etc..) are always a bonus that I might be willing to pay more for.

I'm looking to spend about $500, but I might spend more depending on the condition of the vehicle.
