The story is my sister bought my daughter a fish the other day when she asked I told her it would be fine to get a beta, I have the small beta tank and what my sister bought was something different, so when my wife looked up what kind of fish it was it needs a 10 gallon tank or larger. So this fish has been living in this little tank for about a week and is still alive I was surprised so I told my daughter I would try and get a bigger tank for it.
