vet gets beat up after caught spray painting kids car.

I love the responses from the evo forum. You can tell the mental and age limit on that site. High five? I would have murdered him? Nice work?

This is why we fail as a society.
 
1. If he spit on the guy and "put his hands on him" as it says in the video description, that is assault on the part of the spraypainter
2. I'd be equally as furious and doubt very much that I'd control my language. I'm sure the kid's adrenaline was raging, as it does for almost anybody after a fight.
3. The guy deserved the beating and deserves jail/restitution to repair the damage
4. If any one of us posted a picture of our car after it got spray painted... the responses would be pretty similar on this board "I'd have kicked his ass", etc.

Good for that kid

Wrong. Just my opinion though. It was just a p.o.s car not worth (almost) killing someone.

lol he didn't ALMOST kill him. the dude got punched a few times. :gives: he deserved it. i'd bet he learned a important lesson that day, think he'll do it again?

answer me this, if i came over and tagged your car with some BS, would you be this carefree or would i get what i deserved? i mean, it's just a POS car, right?

It depends on if you came on my property or if it was in a parking lot. With age comes wisdom 20 years ago I may have fought for a car but now the only thing I'm fighting for is my family. And I think he broke the guys leg and smashed his face up pretty good a little more and he could kave killed him easily.
 
Yeah, I read that he broke his leg. Also, all it takes is a person to get hit the wrong way and they could die. Definitely choose your battles wisely.

If that guy is a mentally disabled vet, which is most likely the case, then this young guy could be fucked. Doesnt matter what you think is right. If they charge him with aggravated assault and play that video in court, that guy is fucked and will go to jail. The jury they select will be people around the vets age probably and the fact that he is a vet is a problem for the kid. Plus even if he were to win it will cost him $5k. A lot more than it would cost to fix that

Why couldnt he just throw him down, sit on his back, and stick his thumb in that old mans ear. The old man would have cried uncle and the cops could have arrested him?
 
With all the things wrong in this country one would think a japan made car is pretty low in the importance list.

He ought to be mad as hell at our politicians they wont securer our borders and protect our health a welfare system from all these dead bets coming in and getting free care, food stamps and who knows what ever they are getting even though they are hear illegally!

Go to Mexico illegally and see where it gets you.

Or simply catch him on film (which he obviously had the capabilities of), call the police and make sure to get the plate #.

Kid was dumb. What kids aren't though?
