I have a blackberry storm (touchscreen) and a BB World Edition (keyboard). You can have one for free... they are just sitting in the drawer collecting dust.

Mark, go to options > Security Options. Inside there, there's 2 different places you may need to go. One is general Settings or security wipe. If you go into general settings, hit the blackberry button to bring up a menu. In that menu will be security wipe. Select it. If you go into Security Wipe, just follow the instructions and wipe it.
