These guys KICK ASS!

I had an issue with something I bought, called them up, left a message. Received a return call within minutes and they were up north for the weekend (they could have waited until Monday to get back to me). I'm meeting Mike at the Novi Varsity dealership tomorrow as it is much closer to my home in Milford, instead of driving out to the Ann Arbor Dealership to swap out the part.

They definitely go above and beyond with customer service!

I got great service from them as well. Mike's team did a great job for me and the timeframe and price were very reasonable.

He gets that from his older cousin.
 
Anyone know how to get a hold of Mike? Is he still around? Left him voicemail last week at number listed on his website , no reply. Tried to contact again yesterday but no answer.
