Very hard to say without seeing it. I'd say a range
of low $5,000 to a higher of $7,000 ish. So say in
the middle of $6,000 ish.
That is based on everything you listed, especially
the "very clean" part.
Not the easiest truck to price.On average they are
much cheaper that this one. 3/4 ton, low mileage
and "very clean" means book price is out the window.
