upholstery person? Need a factory replica tonneau cover made

The stock cover is starting to tear after 16 years. They no longer make the cover. I need to have one custom made.
Anyone know someone who could make it? I called a few places and no one wanted to do it.
I have all the hardware and will likely have to butcher the stock cover to remove the factory plastic flaps that hold the cover down.

okay, I really need to replace the cover.
I have the factory cover they can use for a template.

Any other ideas?
 
I have had Bevs canvas in Waterford repair a few boat covers for me. They do all kinds of stuff. Call and check there
