I am currently laid off from my job, but the boss called me and said he may have a job for me that would last about a month. I am collecting unemployment right now. Would I just not call in for the weeks that I'm working and then start back up after the job is over? Would the weeks I don't claim still count against my 26 weeks?

I believe you would still do Marvin, just mark those weeks u worked as that u worked. You shouldn't get any UE payment for those weeks, but will thereafter.

You have to restart a claim. I tried to do the "I worked for both weeks" thing and it told me I must resend a claim.

I believe this is the case, from what I hear it is a hassle and a half to get it going again
