Trouble with headders 351 91 notch Input please?

Looking for some input, I have a 91 notch that i am in the process of putting a 351w in and I am stuck with the passanager side headder. I am starting to question wheather it is the headders I purchesed ( Hooker super comp's for 351 swap in fox ) or maybee the motor mounts?? I have installed the drivers side and it took a little finess but is in. The only thing is the collector flange is touching the body and just seems too close. The pass side is a 4 piece design and I have tried and tried but just cannot get it to fit. if anyone has delt with this before and knows a trick it would be greatly appericated. I have the black poly motor mounts that I purchesed a while back and do not know if they are 351 specific?

More info...K memeber type, who's mounts... Usually you use a drop mount to install a widnsor, so that could be your collector touch problem. And if you're using a factory K member that's the other issue. multi piece headers that go around the K member tend to not fit with sotck.

Take some pics of issue areas, and maybe we can get more help.
 
Stock k member and here is a pic i have of motor mount I can take some more pics of problem areas and post maybe tommrow. Also I did not mention that I have a c4 installed

Trying to get those headers to fit w/ the stock k-member is gonna be tough. I'd go w/ the drop mounts for sure. What size c4 (big or small bellhousing)? Ususally the problem is on the driver's side (at least w/ me lol)-surprised they the driver side fit. Where are they hitting on the passenger side exactly?
 
YEah those are not the mounts you want/need to use with those headers. Get drop mounts, i know HPM used to make them, but i bet Team Z has some. And if i remember correctly (been a while since i worked at Ramchargers) the hooker headers don't fit with stock K member.....Matter of fact, i haven't seen any of the big tube/multi peice headers that fit with a stock K member. We had a set of BBK or MAC that didn't fi with stock K member either. There's a tube K member for sale on the board right now for 150. That and a good set of mounts you'll be golden.
 
i hate headers..its almost worth it to have a set of customs made...i went through the same thing with a set of bbk's and my windsor..had drop mounts, qa1 k member, still didnt fit worth a Sh*t....good luck
