Transmission Flush

I have also experenced issues when flushing/changing fluid after a long mack of maintanence.
Trans fluid is a detergent. Once it gets old varnish and other things start to build up. When new fluid is installed it cleans everything and sometimes causes issues.
Most trans guys have very clean hands because of the fluid characteristics
 
I just had mine flushed but it was the type that uses the trans fluid pump to pump the fluid rather then an outside elec pump.

however the shifts are now VERY VERY much smoother (not a good thing as the car is tuned).
So I am slightly concerned
 
had an oil change place tell me that you dont need to change the filter until after 100k miles.
