trans brake two step setup

what a good rule of thumb for setting the 2 step RPM for when on the trans brake? convertor flashes to ~ 4800 or so

1/2 your max shift RPM.

Start the 1st stage at 1/2 your max shift RPM's .

shifting at 6500, so does 3500 sound good?

ok, thats what I was thinking, i'll see if i can did up a 3800 or so RPM pill
