When we first moved into our new building someone that normally doesn't drive a HiLo was asked to unload a truck. We later heard a loud BANG but didn't think anything of it. Our loading dock has and electric ramp that lowers into the truck. He came out and asks us for some wood cause the truck was too low. HAHA he drove the Hilo into the trailer without lowering the dock then couldn't get back out. BTW it was about a 10 inch drop.
