Should be ki||ed. End of story. I am sick of the corruption in gov't and this is where it all starts. They all look out of each other and it just makes me sick!
 
eventually they wont be able to ticket themselves into the blue and theyll have to lay em all off. I dont see the point of police anymore to be honest. Just read an article in my Royal oak paper yesterday about a guy who was hit in a hit&run, knew who the kids in the other car were. gave all the info to the police, and they were too busy to even look into it. When I had my car stolen, they stopped by for 10 minutes, gave me a report number and went on their way. nobody looked for it or did any police work. We pay taxes to pay the salary of guys who drive around giving speeding tickets to the same tax payers...its like hiring the mafia to come to your town and harass businesses
 
fuck NO the cop should not be doing that ! --- BUT if the douch was'nt doing something wrong in the first place he would have never been in that situation !!! :undecided

He wasnt actually kicking the window. He was just lightly taping it with his foot to get attention so he could take a piss. Im sure he would have used his hand to knock on the window if they werent cuffed. IMO the guy did absolutely NOTHING wrong.

One thing has nothing to do with the other. Regardless of the crime (possibly) committed, there is NO reason for a cop to strike a handcuffed, seated, seatbelted prisoner.

The courts agreed. The cop was sentenced to 18 months in jail for it.

Good! The cop got what he deserved. Hopefully he is getting his ass kicked in jail right now.

If I was that guy i would of just pissed all over the back seat lol. Glad the officer went to jail though thats pretty uncalled for.
 
terminated, and never work in a social field again, physiological evaluation be for during and after prison. he can take his associates in law enforcement and go work for McDonalds.

im sorry but most cops seem to flex the long arm of the long in to fist that are pointed at innocent people.

not only that but he hit like a bitch...you got a good 5 or 6 OPEN shots and you cant knock the guy out hahahaha...watch closely as soon as the guy gets back up hes laughin lol

Good cops is almost a oxymoron today.
 
i hope that cop gets assault charges filed against him.

if i was in the prisoners situation i would have just pissed myself. they love piss in the police cars
