Tired of 700r4/4l60/65/70 breakage ? Finally a affordable solution

I have gotten fiarly sick of the 4l60/65/70 breakage problems. Some people seem to get them to live for a while but they never seem to hold up. I have been very impressed with the 4r70/Aode units so I teamed up with Mike Ridings "Ridings Automatics" and this is what we came up with.

JW Ultra bell custom Machined with a Custom Machined 4r70/70w case with built in centering. Yes the bell fits into the case. No worries about run out issues with this setup. We made CNC Jigs so every transmission will be indetical. All will be CNC machined for a perfect fit and alignment.

If you looking for a bulletproof proven overdrive transmission for your LS1 or SBC this is the ticket. These transmission are easily 9 second reliable.

The first units will be full manual forward pattern with a T-brake as an option. The next revision will be electronic shifting with the factory PCM in GM applications "If we can get everthing to work" and it will also offer a T-brake.

Here is the first unit bolted up to a 6.0 blower motor we are putting together. This transmission is the perfect upgrade for heavier cars making big power. We are currently offering these units with PA and Lentech Valvebodys. If you have any questions drop me a line. These Units fit in most 4l60/65/70 equipped vehicles without any trans tunnel hacking.

We will also be offering Torque converters for this as well. They will be Converters from Ridings automatics.

Enough of the yakking. Here are the picutres.

Interesting stuff. I guess I already have a chevrolet trans in my ford, why not a ford trans in my chevy. Mike seems to know what he's doing also.

Mike is a very sharp cookie indeed. I don't care what brand it is. As long as it holds up.

Figure out anything for electric shifting with an aftermarket ECU? :D

Looks good! Nice to see this become reality.

Yes I Know Lentech make an automatic shifting/manual valvebody. It will work with BS3 or any other controller that supports the 4l65e as far as I am aware.

That's awesome Sean, this is what I plan to do in my Camaro. Looks like that bellhousing is SB1/LT1 compatible....

Yes SBC/LS1/BBC etc. Next will be the oddball motors Mostly likely Chryslers. Those guys need a good street strip overdrive.Currently it is BOP compatible.
