Tigers lost, the Cards deserved it. Great year though.

coming from a true long long time fan, im sick of all these "fans" that came out of the woodwork this year, but were NOWHERE to be found a couple years ago when the Tigers sucked eggs. Im glad I dont have to see those asswipes on tv talking like they know what the fuck they are talking about for another year.
 
I think I'd rather get knocked out in the first round than the World Series. AND...I turn on cheap seats so i don't have to watch the celebration...and one of them is wearing a Cards jersey.

...what really sucks is how awesome the World Series Hats are...

what really sucks is how shitty st louis is, oh well. see my other thread. we'll be back. Within a few years we will get ours.
 
As Rick mentioned, in a way i'm glad to see them lose as well, for all the bandwagon idiots! I can't wait to go work on monday and rub it in all these peoples faces! hahahahahahaha..

well put, i can remember going to games the last couple years where i could walk up to the ticket booth and get tickets whenever i wanted. I was there when they won to avoid the 120 loss season. I had season tickets last year.. (figures) :dontknow: and I would have to say i watch and follow baseball alittle more than the average person, so it pisses me off when you see the bandwagon fill up. But hey look at it this way, NOBODY expected this team to even make the playoffs, yet alone the WS, so i would have to take my cap off to the team, and defently the genious behind it all Jim Leyland. Hopefully this will get this town crazy about baseball and start attracting some big name free agents in the off season. Shitty end but Hell of a Season Tigers!!:badass:

I was there that game too, still got the ticket stub.
Yea most of all the bandwagon fans have pissed me off the most i guess.

No one believes me but i did say WS bound in april, we'll get it. :)

i won $100 this year because of the tigers. made the bet 2 thats right 2 years ago, that the tigers would make the playoffs this year or last year.
 
Fuck that "it was a great season" shit. LeLand did a great job, but he fucked up by not pitching Kenny more than once. He should have been on game 1, game 4, and game 7 if necessary.
