Yes, I am fucking pissed off right now but, we have a young team. obviously a team that wasn't ready for the pressure. we beat ourselves.

WE WILL BE BACK.
 
I am satisfied with a World Series appearance. Small shit killed them. Basic fundamentals of baseball is where they goofed.


Next year...:badass:
 
Rome wasn't built in a day... And neither was this ball team... Next year they will come back with avengence... And they will see the fire in our eyes..
 
Under the guidance of tramell we would have never gotten this far, this wasn't just an improvement it was a quantum leap.

Errors last night by Inge and Verlander cost us two runs and those two runs in this case were nails in the coffin.

Overall great season, we haven't won a penant in 19 years so thats HUGE. For a tigers fan you can't help but be proud of your team, for a bandwagoner that was following the playoffs its natural for you to be upset because you haven't followed this team.

My personal highlight of the season was seeing Leyland bring in Zumaya to pitch A-Rod in game three of that series. Earlier in the week there had been some speculation that the radar guns are off at Comerica and Zumaya doesn't really throw that fast. He proceeding to strike out A-Rod with three pitches, 102,103,101mph. I loved that!!
 
I'm just bummed about the stupid errors. I think being in the WS got in their heads. They weren't having fun like the previous series.
 
We're all disappointed, but since no one saw them getting to the WS, be happy for the team and the city of Detroit. I love those guys. They gave us lots of happy moments this season.
 
I'm sad that we lost, but I am so proud of them for makeing it this far. Next year they will know what to fix. :)
