Here is what I am thinking of putting together for my 92 hatch:

-95 Fuel Rails w/Russel AN Adapter Fittings
-Kirban FPR (On 95 Rails)
-Aftermarket Pickup In Factory Tank (Any Brand Recommendation?)
-Twin External Walbro 255 GSL392 Pumps
-Single 8AN Feed From Tank To Rails
-Single 6AN Return From Tank To Rails

My main question is with one 8AN feed line, is it possible for me to put two 255 pumps right in series with each other say just a few inches apart? The pickup I plan on using will be just a pickup without a pump. Is this a good setup?

Thanks for your input.

You run a pair of 255lph pumps in parrallel not seires. If you run them in series it ups the operable pressure and flow but running them parrallel gives mroe overall capacity.

I'd just run one pump, why use two pumps to feed the motor? A 255 seems sufficient. Also I'd run a 8AN or even a 10AN for your return line. On performance fuel systems they usually run the return line larger if not the same as the feed.
