Thinner T-Bolt clamps?

Does anyone make a thin t-bolt clamp? I keep popping off the TB hose with my BBK throttle body, because there isn't enough lip area to hold the t bolt clamp. As soon as I get it nice and tight, the pressure pushes it off. I had a worm clamp on there before which held, but after I removed and reinstalled, it's no longer holding.

id just grab a new worm clamp, seems like a lot of people have problems with T bolts blowing off.

Vice it down and cut the band following up with a file and emery cloth for any burrs.

boost? I have always sprayed the silicone hose with cheap dollar store hairspray. they stick like snot in a screen door

Yes, boosted at 10-12#.

try the hair spray trick its survived on a few trucks

i've used the hair spray trick too, it does work pretty well.

There's no way a worm clamp is better than a t-bolt... Try the hairspray and crank it down!

they are, if you get good ones. a lot of people have trouble with t-bolts popping off, not uncommon at all.

tried the hairspray, along with a high torque worm clamp from NAPA, but no time to drive it today. I'll give it a try on Saturday.
